That’s why the homeowners chose a single-zone, motorized StruXure Pergola System to extend the existing patio. The pergola posts created four square sections where MagnaTrack Solar Screens were added to provide additional shade and enclose the space for everyday privacy.
Achieving this vision required removing the original patio pavers, installing the footers and StruXure pergola columns, and replacing the pavers for a clean, consistent look. To match the style of the home, a white framing color was selected for the StruXure columns, complemented by bronze louvers and a one-step cornice detail around the top perimeter.
