What can you expect when working with Skyview Detroit? A seamless partnership that leads to extraordinary results. On every project, our process is tailored for communication, clarity, and consistency.

Meet with a certified design consultant in your home to discuss your project. We will review relevant Skyview solutions and styles, and discuss custom add-on options. We will also become familiar with your home to dream up multiple design options that achieve your vision. 

After signing a project contract and providing a 10% deposit, you will receive a welcome email from our team within 24 hours. We will then proceed to the project design phase. Next, we will schedule our Project Engineer to conduct a site evaluation at your home. The Project Engineer will take detailed measurements and review the exact placement of your project. They will review every detail with you and ensure that your specifications for the project are being met before proceeding with renderings and design.

If your project involves a StruXure pergola or covered patio, your Project Engineer will create a 3D video rendering of your project after confirming measurements and evaluating your home. This will typically be available within 2–4 business days following the at-home evaluation. We are happy to make updates to the 3D video rendering upon your review. Upon approval of the rendering, we will proceed with project production. A 40% payment for the project is collected at this point.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied after the site evaluation or the review of your StruXure 3D or covered patio video rendering, we will cancel the project and offer you a full refund of your initial 10% deposit.

Let’s make your vision a reality. At this point, we will prepare for production and place the material order. An estimated install date will also be available after materials are ordered. 

We will proceed with all necessary permitting and engineering, including site-specific plans. This information will be provided to you immediately after we complete the process.

Sit back and get ready to live out. We will handle any necessary site preparation a couple of weeks before your project install date. This may include marking appropriate areas, pouring footings, or removing existing structures. 

We believe in speed and precision. As a result, most projects take less than a week to install. Even larger projects are generally completed in two weeks, but this timeline can change depending on scale.

Once the project installation is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough with the Lead Installer on your project. They will detail every feature of the entire project to ensure that the highest standards have been met. If your project includes motorized features or technology integration, they will also show you how to operate controls or pair your smartphone app. Finally, they will do a full review of the warranty and general care and maintenance documents.
